More than 30 years of IT experience and 15 years of SMP DATASystems in the market shape how we deal with new technologies. Yes, we use artificial intelligence in development. It is efficient and up to date.
What matters to us is not only whether AI is used, but how: to clear standards, defined requirements and binding security policies. We review results, we assess risks early and we set technical limits deliberately.
On this website, individual images, image edits, layout drafts, wordings and technical draft texts may have been created or prepared with the support of AI systems. We use such tools as an aid, not as a substitute for professional responsibility.
Content relating to technical services, legal information, data protection, IT security, products, prices, partnerships or contact channels is reviewed editorially before publication. The authoritative version is always the one we have approved on the website.
Architecture, data protection, IT security and quality remain the responsibility of experienced people.

Text and drafts with human review
AI can support us with the structure, wording, correction and variants of website texts. We do not publish unreviewed automated statements. Technical statements about IT systems, networks, data protection, IT security, software tools and support services are reviewed by us and are our responsibility.
Mandatory legal texts such as the legal notice, privacy policy, terms and conditions and this AI notice are reviewed regularly. They do not replace individual legal advice for third parties.
No public AI content from customer data
We do not use confidential customer data, credentials, tickets, invoices or project documents to generate public website content. We treat sensitive information as confidential and do not use it as freely available marketing material.
